ISWest Named 474th Fastest Growing Technology Company in North America

AGOURA HILLS, Calif. – For the second year in a row, award-winning Internet service provider ISWest has been named one of the top 500 fastest growing technology companies in North America by Deloitte, one of the nation’s leading professional services firms.

ISWest rose from the 478th spot in 2003 to number 474 on this year’s Deloitte Technology Fast 500, an annual award program that ranks technology companies throughout the United States by revenue growth. Overall, this year’s Fast 500 companies grew from 329 to 437,115 percent over five years, with an average rate of 4,109 percent.

ISWest also earned the 20th spot on this year’s Los Angeles Technology Fast 50, which ranks the 50 fastest growing technology firms in Southern California. ISWest earned the honor for seeing a 349 percent revenue growth over five years (1999-2003). ISWest is a two-time winner of this award, placing 18th last year, said Drew J. Kaplan ISWest CEO.

ISWest attributes some growth to acquisitions over the past several years of five additional ISPs, making ISWest the largest Internet service provider in Ventura County, and the top business-to-business ISP in Southern California.
